ORTH 86001 Hand Surgery
This rotation provides exposure to adult hand surgery and the care of patients with common surgical hand complaints. The student integrates medical and surgical knowledge in the care of patients with congenital hand deformities and musculoskeletal hand injuries in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Students will care for patients throughout the initial evaluation, pre-operative, and post-operative care period.
