RADS 86002 Neuroradiology
Students will be introduced to the basic principles of radiologic imaging and interpretation necessary for clinical management with a focus on neuroradiology. Areas of focus will include imaging techniques, imaging anatomy, and pathologic conditions of the brain, spine, and head and neck. Students will be exposed to imaging modalities including XR, CT, US, MRI, and vascular imaging in addition to specific procedures in neuroradiology, including image-guided biopsies, lumbar punctures, myelography, angiography, and neurointerventional procedures.
