The Street Medicine elective will incorporate a broad range of experiences that are crucial to understanding the complexity of Street Medicine, including teaching around the following topics: Mental health and substance abuse, chronic disease management, infectious disease, structural violence, inclusion health, advocacy, housing systems, and street ultrasound.
